Project: French Connection - Make a Scene

Format: Sandbox UGC 

Become a film director with French Connection's 'Make a Scene' digital experience. 

A social film campaign where users create their own films, starring clothes from the new collection.

French Connection was amongst the first brands to see the potential for letting their consumers create content and put the brand in their hands. 

Users picked clips that they pieced together into iconic short films. Filters, edits, and titles let people individualize each film ready to share. The films were incentivized with a trip to the Sydney Film Festival, and a chance to become part of the official advertising campaign. 

Creative and software design helped us develop a micro-campaign that reused 'offcuts' from the TVC edit.
